I have extensive experience in rural estate management having both worked as a Resident Agent for a privately owned rural estate and for a national firm of Land Agents in the management of both institutionally and privately owned estates. For 13 years years prior to my move to Lancaster I worked as a Land Agent for United Utilities at their Estate Office at Rivington, near Horwich.
I have, for a number of years, worked closely with the RICS in assessing and training probationer members of the Institution to full membership.
