Single Farm Payment
All of the land is registered with the R.P.A. for single farm payment entitlements, the vendors to receive payment for the 2009 year. All necessary arrangements will be made to transfer the entitlements to the purchaser, the purchaser to pay for the cost of the transfer.

Single Payment Scheme
The land is registered for Non SDA Entitlements under the Single Payment Scheme in the name of Messrs David and Thomas Joseph France. The 2008 unit value was €249.43. or £197.12. before modulation. This will probably rise over the years to 2012.
The Entitlements for 2010 onwards will be transferred to the purchasers as part of the purchase price but the sellers have made an application for the 2009 payment and will retain the same.
The vendors will use the best endeavours to arrange for the transfer to the buyers of each lot by the RPA of entitlement units in accordance with the schedule below for the 2009 year onwards
Lot 1 - 14.20 units Non SDA Normal entitlements
Lot 2 – 5.91 units of Non SDA Normal entitlements
The RLE1 transfer forms will be completed and submitted by M.B. Hodgson & Sons for which the transferee/purchaser of each lot will pay a fee of £75 plus VAT.
