Directions
 
From the South
Head into Morecambe from Lancaster on the A589. When signposted at the roundabout bear left on to the B5321 - Lancaster Road. Pass Morecambe football Ground on your left, stay on this road, then turn left down James Street. At the bottom of James Street bare left onto Out Moss Lane, pass the Trimpell Club on your left. There is then an unmade track on your left and the subject land is down this track on your right.
 
From the North
From the Marine Road, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit down Lord Street. At the end of Lord Street at the roundabout take the B5321 – Lancaster Road. Turn right down Out Moss Lane, pass the Trimpell Club on your left. There is then an unmade track on your left and the subject land is down this track on your right.
