For the Information of Residential Landlords and Tenants

Regulations have been passed which come into effect on 6th April 2007 to protect tenant's deposits.  There are only 3 National Schemes and we have chosen to enrol with the Deposit Protection Service whose website address is        http://www.depositprotection.com/

Deposits collected by us will be forwarded to the DPS within the prescribed timescale to be held by them until the  termination of the tenancy when they will be recovered by us and distributed in accordance with any agreement arrived at between the landlord and the tenant.
